    Getting my mind right for another day of doing little more than watching the Open and drinking a few beers…A collaboration between Ology Brewing Co., Tallahassee FL and Magnanimous Brewing, Tampa FL - “Fixed Income”:

    No canning date. Poured at 57°. I like the 8oz can size with this 11% Imperial Milk Stout with peanuts, caramel, and nougat. Tasty! Toasted peanuts and caramel. I like! Cheers y’all!

    Happy Father's Day, my fellow BAs. A gorgeously sunny, comfortable day in NYC metro. My two youngest children gave me a Fizzics® DraftPour for Father's Day, so it seemed appropriate to have a beer from Equilibrium, given the brewer's penchant for using scientific terms:

    As it's a touch early, I decided to go for Mmm...osa, a hoppy, bright, orange American Pale Ale.

    Looks a bit like a how to video, but actually quite intuitive. Not sure how much fizz it added, but it was loads of fun. Always is when my kids are around:

    I'm having a Prairie Blueberry Boyfriend. It's a sour ale with blueberries and lemon zest. It's a tasty one. Pretty sour with strong blueberry and light lemon flavors. It hits exactly what it's aiming for. I can see a bunch of these disappearing on a warm day.
