Transient Who’s More Cleverer DDH Double IPA. This is juicy and smooth. Of the three Transient beers I have tried this is a distant third.

Still on vacation in South Haven. Weather is cooling off though. Wife is napping and despite offers to do things with the kiddos they are on their devices with friends. Going to listen to tunes, read some Lee Child, and drink some craft.

Had to walk about a minute to go pick it up. Lot of good restaurants around here. People don't really think of Boston as a good food city, or if they do it's clam chowder and seafood, but there are a lot of good places around here from all different styles and ethnicities. That calzone is from the local "House of Pizza", made in a Greek style, been there forever, good stuff. Cheers!

Outlaw Brewing Yellowstone Road Block

 

Sipping on an old Founders Imperial Stout bottled at the end of 2016. Super roasted and dark, meaty, toasty, umami notes, slight licorice, soy sauce, dark fruits, graham cracker, charred bread, drinking pretty deliciously. Watching No Reservations on some free channel Journy that's on the TV that came with the apartment here. I'm thankful to be able to watch some extra things that I wasn't expecting. It's almost like free cable with my internet, even though I do share a YouTube TV account which has live stuff, a Hulu, and I do have Netflix and HBO Max as well, I'll take whatever I can get though, why not. Cheers!

 

The M's are holding a 5-1 lead over the Jays in the bottom of the 7th, and I stuck with the style I had earlier, sorta. This is listed as a Wild ale, but easily could be a Saison. Little Beast Bier Gris, made with Pinot Gris juice, Sach, Brett, and aged in barrels. It's nice.

I saw the notification for that earlier, I'll be checking it out. I got some 6 month deal around March for $70 upfront instead of $15 every month to save a little money. Lot of good stuff on there that I was wondering what app they were on, plus the new theatre movies is a plus too. Cheers!

 

Yard work complete, pondering my impending trip to Trader Joes to load up on some more beers to try. Might even venture into the unknown and try something other than IPA or stout....because I feel wild and crazy. In the meantime, lunch with this nice dark NA plus a fresh-off-the-boat tuna sandwich with coleslaw and coconut curry aioli on some really nice whole grain bread for lunch
