Yours truly has transitioned to wine. No pics. That said, listening to some awesome tunes. Many Springsteen but some others who the wife likes.

OK, one more teary eyed post for my good buddy Fred, that owned an amazing record store for over 40 years, and passed away on Sunday. I swear, the last time I'm going to mention this, well maybe

This is an Edith Piaf box set, only available in France. For whatever reason Fred had one at his store. A 14 LP box :astonished: He was always reluctant to sell this, as he didn't want it to end up on ebay or Discogs for like $500, which has happened. We didn't really have the relationship at the time, but me eventually buying this and convincing him I'm a good vinyl owner (if there is such a thing ha) was one of the things the ingratiated us to each other. Still an all time favorite of mine, damn I'm going to miss that guy. He eventually sold it to me for $150, and its a steal.

Though unfortunately, when I got my pupper, one of the first things he did was chew on the edge, the upper right corner ugh. Oh well, still plays excellent.

Oh and beer, a lovely Spencer Trappist Ale.

First one went down too easy so poured another. Much better pour this time, too.

Watching the NBA game now with the White Sox game complete. Solid outing by Giolito with the CG. Cheers all!

Don't throw rotten tomatoes at me.... having a Bud Zero. My weekend quota of 'big boy beer' was used up last night. Have had a lot of NA's...this one seems to come the closest to a real beer taste. Taste is subjective, isn't it?

Sent a bunch out and now I have a few cans left. Luckily I hit it right after they fully opened and was able to go in and out and have a nice visit. The place is hell right now and they cant keep up with production. Which is hard to believe.

Excellent choice of tunes. I learned Rain Song a few years back and need to get back to playing that again. Dig it. Especially the live version. (Song Remains the Same)
