    Good morning all,

    After a bit over four hours of sleep, I’m feeling mostly drowsy and crappy. I have opened this Chimay blue being probably delusional it was going to help spark a nap… meh. What is done is done.

    Had so much fun yesterday morning bicycle riding that at at it again...about 14.4 miles into this morning's ride; time for a sports beverage...

    You see every thing along the Colorado Springs' bike trails: homeless camps and bum bivouacs, morning runners and walkers, wildlife and nice vistas, and breweries (e.g., Whistke Pig and FH Beer Works).

    I'm near the eastern end of the Rock Island Trail now (near FHBW)...should get another 15 or so miles in by the ti.e I get home on the west side...

    Vacation winding down, rental car returned, baggage checked, beer box checked (older lady that checked our bags ask if it was Heady Topper!!). Her screwdriver, my Great North Moose Juice IPA at Manchester NH airport.

    Like @beergoot said, you do see a lot on our trails here in Colorado Springs.
    Just finished my 7.3 mile run with some hills and fartlek, spotted a hawk, a few herons and some muskrats in our Monument Creek Valley park.

    Also saw some fellow running beards out there.

    Good times.
    As usual, NA UA Juicy IPA, trying to keep my wits about me as work awaits today... be well.

    Southern Tier IPA, hoppy and tasty. Not the best glass for an IPA, but I can fit all 19.2 oz in it.
