Good morning BAs! Two simultaneous posts today - which have been sorted out I see…meanwhile, it’s coffee time - Central Waters’ Peruvian Morning, a Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Coffee added:



Bottled 2018. Purchased at the brewery 7/9/21. Poured at 52°. Bourbon, coffee, bittersweet dark chocolate. No hint of the 11.7 % abv.

Another rainy day, probably week, forecast as the storm ambles up the Florida coast line. A good day to stay inside and chill out. Cheers and have a fantastic Friday y’all!

Happy Friday the 13th.....humid as hell and rain forecasted - so Emma and I got an early 2 mile hike in - bugs were terrible - do not need any more itchy shit while dealing with this poison ivy! I am ready for fall and cooler / less humid weather!

Tried some "beer mixing" - very nice! Surpised New Holland has not come out with a "Pumpkin Dragon's Milk"....this works though!



I know, I should be drinking some shandy or a radler in this heat, but f___ it!

So happy I got to see this amazing Michael Hedges several times in concert before his untimely death in a car accident some years back....turn this up!

I'm starting out today with a Trippel from New Belgium. There are notes of clove, coriander, bubble gum and yeast. It's pretty good and a touch boozy. I rated it 4.02, which is a bit over its BA average of 3.85.
