    ...it's about time to wrap the Boston butts in pink butcher paper and let them cook several more hours...the one with the probe shows 165 °F now with the hope of getting them up to 170 °F , so may wait another 45 minutes before wrapping them...

    Getting into some of the best Marzens out there on a Monday. Ayinger is always hard to beat. Ranks high on the "drinkability" scale for this style. Prost!

    I remember this beer being a big deal, but very pricey, when I was getting into craft beer. Only had the little brother of this, but had to get it this time. I mean, it’s aged in Highland Park casks, for Pete’s sake!

    Its Houston's turn to get a tropical storm now, though so far not nearly as bad as some other places have had it this year. Though later tonight and tomorrow its suppose to be tons of rain, which I've been through my share of floods in the city, so before the deluge, having some Saint Arnold Amber and Jackson Browne spinning.
