Both cars are due this month for their annual state inspection. Called the service station where we get most car work done to schedule a time to drop the cars off. Was told that they are temporarily not doing state inspections because they lost their license to do them. What the heck is that about?

Now I am drinking a new beer from Fat Heads - The Dunk Dunkelweizen. A 5.2% dunkelweizen with chocolate, banana, bread, clove and bread notes.

Named after Ohio's state fossil fish Dunkleosteus terrelli, a monster of a fish weighing over a ton. I may have a picture of the fish display at the museum. If so, I’ll share with my next Dunk. Cheers!

 

That jerked chicken looks off the charts!

I too today planned on taking a long walk. Five minutes in, my old MS legs said not today hoss. Turned around and went home to the friends calling from the refrigerator.

I am not liking this getting dark early stuff.

 

So Brady coming back to Gillette next week pissed off from losing to the Rams? Could be an interesting game.

Using this Yeti mug for only the second time even though it has been on my shelf for a while. Damn it is good on keeping the beer cold. Have to use it more.

 

The Limoncello was ok and the beer was interesting. This stands up to all comers. Pseudo Sue.

I hate the getting dark early myself and it gets worse by the day. Soon we'll be turning the clocks back. The jerked chicken was excellent. I use this jerk seasoning and I actually prefer it to wet jerk seasoning. It's the best I've found as far as dry jerk seasoning goes.
