Kicking my Sunday off with some Citra and Nelson. 8.4% and really special. Cheers all.
Thank you @SawDog505 for kicking off todays thread. Traditional cross post with New Beer Sunday #868.
Tart cherries, balanced, light and easy, enjoyable.
Speaking of enjoyable, loved the 1971 set yesterday. Hard to go wrong with that incredible musical year. Starting with the first two from the show. See you back later with at least one more.
Thanks for opening the bar @SawDog505 .
Starting out with Foothills Hoppyum IPA.
Good morning BA!
Joining you with one of my favorite Helles. Looking forward to watching the NFL game in London today!
Good day BAS! Thanks to @SawDog505 for kicking off today's thread! @b9d9 , thanks for contributing today - I hope to see more posts from you in the future. Today's New Breakfast Beer, an eventual cross-post with NBS:
Aroma is very much like pancakes with butter and maple syrup, flavor follows with hints of coffee. It's got a double hit of maple - from added maple syrup and then from fenugreek. The lactose adds some sweetness, body, and makes my lips sticky. Rating 4.15, rDev -6.5%.
Good morning BAs! I slept in this morning…too much work and too many beers yesterday. The dogs have been walked and fed, must be coffee time - FBS:
Bottled 6/8/21. Poured at 55°. Ooops, I was a little aggressive with that pour…I’m going to try to take it easy today, but we will see…Have a great Sunday y’all and Cheers!
Happy Sunday BA's
Lovely weather again - cool mornings and pleasant temps - nice breeze today, so sailing will be on my afternoon agenda! 2 mile walk earlier, usual grocery shopping, some cleaning and laundry....time to hydrate!

Like any good patient I'm taking the script that the doctor prescribed. In this case it's Mexican Cake as prescribed by @DoctorZombies at our last in person trade. OT, laundry, blah, blah all done, almost time for brunch as I drain the last of 2 bloody marys.....
Oh heck yes, the DDH turned this into bigger than a 4.5 for me.
Sounds pretty tasty! Usually maple syrup, for me, adds a bit too much sweetness.
Bloody Mary's and Imperial stout...? Gonna be an interesting day in Ocala it seems.
58 degrees this morning, with 20-25 mph winds. Must be stout weather!
Love the look of those coasters!
Reminds me of a bowl I used to have back in my smoking days.
Haha, don't worry brotha....I've been up since 0345 and will sleep it off in the sun before long. Cheers bud!!!
Pour #2 with brunch. This beer is amazing, I finally read the can and understand where the hit of heat is coming from......
Great dry Pils, as advertised.
And now, time for some hops:
Aeronaut Double Hop Hop IIPA
Good afternoon, advocates. Gearing up for some NFL action this afternoon. It's been a minute since I danced with The Substance. This is an excellent beer. Flat-out excellent in every way. Cheers!
Second new to me beer, this one night and day from the first earlier this morning.
Brasserie D'Achouffe SA Cherry Chouffe
Full review in New Beer Sunday #868. Bottom line, most raters love this, I'm on the opposite end, and it's not a cherry or fruit beer bias, as I like to love others in the fruit and field style, just not this one.
Two more from 1971 as the rain approaches.
Ballad Double Brown ale
Leaves of Grass: October 3, 2019
District 96 Beer Factory
Finally got my hands on this one. For me with 2 months on it, drinks a lot like Hoppy BarleyWine and that is not a complaint.

It's my 11th Anniversary. Celebrating at BJ'S Brewhouse with a Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing and my wife is having a Commited IPA. Prime Rib after beers.
@SawDog505, this may be my favorite beer from Toppling Goliath Brewing ever! @Mortal_Wombat and @meanmutt, it has been an exciting game so far!
This needs to be a year-round offering. It's too good to be a Fall seasonal.
Home Grown pale e @ Little House.
