    Howdy all... I was a little blitzed from the conference travel, layover, and general airline stuff yesterday to comment much yesterday. Better today.
    Killin off the last of these ORB Pilsners. Need to get to the beer store quick.

    Good afternoon, advocates. Getting into it with some Hop Marauder from Fat Head's. Every other Monday I play frisbee golf. Today was no exception. Probably one of the nicest fall days I can remember. The jaguar was extra thirsty today, as I ended up in the drink on 3 different occasions. Haha! Cheers.

    Good Afternoon all. Lovely day in WNC with sunny skies and temps in the mid-60's.
    The pre-poker game beer today is one from Sweetwater. It is on the dank side and enjoyable. Would not hesitate to have again!

    Good day good Advocates. Thanks @belvedere for tearing into today's thread! Back from a one-nighter in So Dak and I brought back a nice lode of brews. Starting today with Mystery Beer... but I know what it is!! Kros-Strain Helles Creek Lager from Nebraska. Quite pleasing and dainty. Also fresh. Saturday I returned (after purchase) a 12pk of North Coast Scrimshaw Pils and got a refund. No date on box. Opened it to find the the canning date of Jan 13 '21. I nearly barfed. We need an industry standard dating process.
    Hoping the beer box event will be a hoot. I can't participate due to the 100 year old puritan beer laws in MN. I almost barfed again. Thank goodness for awesome beer and awesome Advocates! Cheers all! Keep on smiling!

    This beer is so damn good it's insane. I mean, seriously. I love NEIPA, as many people know. Yet, just the same, I love IPAs, period. Amazing shit. Overlooked. Not respected to the level it should be. But I'm here for all of it. I love you. Peace...

    I was at Trader Joe's as they were stocking this annual offering from Anchor Brewing. Bought a single bottle to try, despite it feeling a bit early for anything that says "Merry Christmas Happy New Year". Better than last year's version. Very dark. The body is not as heavy as the darkness suggests. Nice, long lasting head. Picking up overtones of leather, perhaps some mocha, and maybe some very subtle seasonal spice. Maybe worth a six'er but I might wait to see what Sierra Nevada celebration 2021 is like. Only two reviews on BA so far for this one.
