Drekker Chonk Pineapple Whip Sundae Sour, 7.1% ABV. Pours hazy orange with a half-finger off-white head that left puree residue. Nose is pineapple, vanilla ice cream, lactose, and marshmallow. Taste follows with a great balance of sweet and sour, though sweet prevails. Mouthfeel is smooth with excellent carbonation. Overall world-class, but I'm a huge fan of pineapple, ice cream, and marshmallow.

Plus Foosball With My Son sounds like an awesome name for a beer. Doesn't matter what style.

 

Allagash Curieux is always reliable on a chilly evening.

 

Schlitz with fried pork tacos. Fried pulled pork, pico, queso enchilado, and salsa verde on grilled tortillas.

 

Post dinner beer. First time having this and it is excellent. Plenty of pale malt and a kiss of grassy hops. Super smooth and crisp.

 

This hop bill sounds amazing!

 

The beer was pretty good my friend. I wonder if they will now brew it under another name (or more precisely, a name).

 

Ayinger is always a solid choice.
