    Keeping it local tonight, love this stuff! (A big IPA that's better than it's BA rating, IMO.)

    ... and getting ready to fix my Vanilla Bourbon Imperial Porter that was bottled a few months ago (10.7%), evidently the yeast are on strike and the bottles won't carbonate. "OK Scottish Ale Yeast, since it's Employee Appreciation Day .... 'Yer all FIRED!!



    I'm bringin' some fresh blood in to finish the job!!" (Called dry champagne yeast.)

    Not looking forward to uncapping and re-capping...the opportunity for infection increases and it's labor intensive. Hopefully this will work!!

    Fresh FBS! (8/31/13). Unfortunately it's all infected, 110% artificial ingredients and somethin about rat feces. So, stay away (at least within 100 miles of Columbus, Ga please). Kidding aside, loves me some FBS. Cheers!

    wifey accidentally grabbed the nemesis and opened it when I asked for a founders black IPA. can't really complain, this beer is incredible! just wish I had more of them

    Had these from yesterday.

    Started off with an Old Style for Da Bears (proper glassware)

    Had Evil Twin's Bikini Beer on my Gmaw's porch. It was somewhat hoppy and low on the alcohol, not too bad.

    Finished the day with a nice sunset on the beach at my gmaw's beach house. She's trying to sell it if anyone's interested! This is a view towards the front of the house, but the back is literally on the beach!
