Yeah, they're great, I just wish they weren't so damn expensive... The best beer I had by Cloudwater "recently" was a port BA Stout though, one of the best damn BA Stouts I've ever had (A Reflection of Myself).

Yeah, they sure are pricey… their barrel aged stuff is getting really outstanding.

...gotta kill off a bunch of big beers since we're converting our original attached garage into more living space, so no warm environment to keep a bunch of my "cellared" beers...this also means no more Tavour for a couple of months nor so many frequent trips to my local beer emporiums...a shame since Tavour has several lagers/pilsner I really want, but...probably a good thing beer storage-wise, now my poor liver...

...and the green chili pork steaks are slow-cooking just fine...

Juicier Bomb from Sloop. Surprisingly, I've never had this iteration. I've had most of the rest of the "Bomb" series, however. Cheers!

Chainsaw is put away for the day, so I'm cracking another beer and prepping for dinner.

Yazoo All Dog Alert Oatmeal Stout
This is their 18th anniversary beer according to the back label. Kind of an anticlimactic way to celebrate, but it's a perfectly enjoyable oatmeal stout so I'll take it. Cheers all!

Speaking of expensive Cloudwaters, this is a DIPA, aged in foudres with mixed fermentation culture, then dry-hopped with Nelson @TheIPAHunter .This is an astounding beer!

Howdy there Advocates! Thanx to @DoctorZombies for opening todays thread. Just returned from St Paul and driving was/is pure white knuckle. I was the only one going the speed limit. Absolutely shocking behavior on the roads. Safely home I'm tearing into a Brickway Jalapeno Pilsner. Titillating and refreshing! Groovy label artwork and peeled it right off. @MNAle has a thread concerning plastic labels and a recycling contractor saying they screw up the process in various ways. Some have a paper adhesive backing, like my beer, and others do not and peel off completely. It's EZ to do. Cheers! Keep on smiling!

Good afternoon BA's, a nice sunny low 50's day in WNC.

Enjoying a Rauchbier from the Costco Advent pack, which has been better than expected. The Rauchbier is a light lager accented with a nice touch of smoked malts that complement the beer and not overpower it and it finishes refreshing. Nice beer!
Listening to an old Elton John song. I remember buying a 45rpm of this when i was a youngster. The song has held up well over time.
    Cheers,
    Tom

Co-Sharenting, a dry-hopped New England DIPA by German brewery Fuerst Wiacek (8%).

While this disappointed me just a little bit compared to my recollection of the original Co-Sharenting, which I blame on the addition of Amarillo hops, it still makes for an excellent, quite juicy and dank New England IPA with a vibrant and well-defined hop character and great, soft and pillowy mouthfeel.

You might have come close to death driving home but you at least gave me a laugh. Never heard a beer described as - titillating-before yet I get your meaning.
Glad you're home safe and it's not your imagination, the driving i have witnessed has been horrific
