a) Bronze, slashing Jackson Pollack lacing head.
s) Cherry, wood, shellac, Marine, old boats, malt.
t) Follows the smell with a tart not sweet cherry backbone on malty bright core.
f) Creamy, tarty, classic Farm.
o) John Updike or Jackson Pollack or the Boss would be proud of this craft.

1st review on BA. 2nd of brewer, both good.
a) Cloudy apricot body, sports dense lacing head.
s) juicy, fleshy fruit salad juice, apple/pear nectar.
t) More apple/pear nectar notes, coupled with melon, strawberry, and cleans up with pine. Complex.
f) Chewy, juicy, exceptional.
o) NEIPA done right.

1st Review. At WFM Red Bank NJ 07701. Love brewer, often in combination with homie Carton.
a) Galaxies of lace over lasting head and apricot haze bomb body.
s) Melon, Peach, fruit puree.
t) Vic & Galaxy rare and similar, offer more fruit in the puree / passionfruit, melon, pear, and grapes, and a peppery pine finale.
f) Creamy like puree.
o) If you like them thick and fruity, this is fine example.

 

Hey @SawDog505 ! The stout we’re talking about is very well made, from Craig B. who was the head brewer/co-founder of Swamp Head Brewing in Gainesville FL. He left and started his own smaller brewery in Ocala. Very much worth a visit - Cheers!

Commonwealth’s Puff Grodziskie - light in body and smoke, with a wheat backbone and some weakened citrus notes. Pretty nice, especially as a change of pace.

Saturday cheers, BAs. I’m at Magnify Brewing to purchase cans of the two annual Thanksgiving IPAs so a quick pour is in order. How it Started How’s it Going is a 0 IBU dry hopped West Coast IPA. Very crisp and clean and full of tart lemon and grapefruit rind. While I prefer tradional hop bitterness, this is a nice change of pace. Have a great day, everyone!
