Greeting all! Still burning a few PTO days before I loose them. Going with something classic & world class. Haven't had a Pilsner Urquell in a little while, but always enjoy it. Loving these pint cans too.





Classic Christmas tune for a classic beer.

 

Time to get myself into a Christmas pickle - so to speak! Ha!

Mostly finished wrapping gifts and put out the (imaginary) fire at work, while at home today and the rest of the week....going to make a coupla birdfeeders for gifts from some left over cedar I have, today or tomorrow...

This dill pickle gose is hitting the spot!

I don't think I would like that one. I hate pickles. Apparently pickle beers are a big deal in Texas. I made the mistake of tweeting out one time how pickle beer sounded like such a bad idea and heard from about 100 people in TX who loved them and thought I was all wet. LOL! Cheers!

 

It looked like a slow week for me, so I popped open a morning beer. Within 2 minutes, texts from both jobs. Oh well, at least I'm off today.

The beer? Propolis Oat, an oatmeal stout made with dandelion, chicory, and vanilla.

Hello Ba ... Still have a couple of these Atomic Pumpkins floating around. A very nice beer with a surprisingly delightful touch of habanero on the finish. Cheers !

Wow, so this was an interesting beer. From New Realm in Atlanta. I'm more used to the bourbon barrel age stouts out there. This one is made with a Brown Ale base. I like it because it is a little lighter than a stout. Has vanilla, bourbon and wood flavors mixed with fruity esters. Alcohol is noticable, but not offensive. Has a nice Old World flavor and feel to it. Picked it up on a whim at a bottle shop. Going to go back for a couple more bottles. See how it ages. Cheers BA's!
