Count me amongst the Tend/Celebration comparators/believers. Both are fantastic beers, IMHO.

I’m working my way through the SN Hoppy sampler pack, and it is truly a labor of hop love. This excellent IPA is aptly named - dank indeed. Absolutely love it.

Gggreennn! from Tree House. My favorite of their base beer series. Green has always been a favorite of mine. I've been on record countless times saying this much. Cheers!

Lord, what a low energy day, but I watched my wife put 50% of Christmas away, while I finished my professional CE for my 3 year License… nothing like waiting to the last minute… was only 1 hr’s worth.

Woods & Waters. An IPA brewed by Maine Beer Company. Not quite as good as the Pliny I had earlier but it can compete.

'Course , sometimes you might have to dig a bit to find your beer, but it'll be well-insulated til you get to it.

No Pliny in these parts, but my brother did leave me some Tree House last week. That's special, isn't ?:sunglasses:
    Congratulations ! To Mr & Mrs @RaulMondesi ! :beers:

This one reminds me of another beer.
After a bit of digging, I think this one, +/-.

I'm at at The Parsons Pub in downtown Murphy NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks very dark brown almost black with a nice tight foamy tan head that lasted.
    Smells malty, sweet, chocolate.
Taste follows the nose nicely with some nuttiness, coffee and smoky, despite an ABV of 8.0 not the least bit boozey.
Mouth feel is medium for the style with a nice creamy finish.
Overall this is a very good example of Sweet Milk Stout that I would definitely order again.
    Cheers!

Christmas decor came down today (but white twinkle lights stay up through the winter )... A bottle of Nocturna came back unconsumed from Christmas dinner, but otherwise need to buy stuff for New Years tomorrow... Got a strange gift basket with a 4-pack of a dated beer and 3 kinds of Blue Diamond almonds (??? lol) from my brother-in-law - checking out said beer now: Shore Shaker, a 4.2% abv APA from Barrier with a 4/29/21 canning date...

Held up pretty well it seems - certainly in no way bad, but kinda blah - though that may have been the case at any age - presents lots of dry and floral grapefruit impressions, medium-light body, amply carbonated; bitterness is very mild, as are the sugars - not a bad session-type beer, and no doubt at least a little better fresher...

    Cheers...
