    Wow. Such a delicate, clean and delicious beer. This is hands down the best Kolsch I’ve ever consumed. Wow.

    Le Petit Prince was the first books I red in French during hifghschool. Outstanding read for children and grownups alike.
    Had an epic image of one of his last take offs during the war as a bookmark for years.

    Stopped by the Bruery tasting room after picking up some bottles. Sipping on a 2021 Black Tuesday aged in Cognac barrels. Comes in at 20.4% and it’s insanely good. Cheers!

    Round 2 at the virtual bar is another Saison, this one from Birds Fly South in Greenville, SC. Rustic Sunday is a lovely Brett inoculated Saison hopped with Hallertau Blanc. If you warm it up for a bit you can really catch the light fruit wine notes when you crack the can. Seek this out if you like the style and are in the region!

    Good day Advocates. Thanks @Chicago j for opening todays thread and cheers to @beergoot for making the journey out East. I'm sorry for you loss. Be safe! I'm totally enjoying this Sierra Nevada Powder day DDHIPA. Not as drying on the palate as I presumed it might be. I really like the beer and what it does. @BigIronH I'm surprised actually with the meh ratings/reviews. I don't compare this beer to anything as it is it's own thing. Check out my review if you feel so inclined! Also kinda surprised and somewhat entertained that my last post ystrdy in this thread generated a bit of negativity. Pull yourselves together lads. It's a plastic toy hand. FFS. However I would also like to thank those folks for making my 1 liter stein overflow with Schadenfreude. So here. Here's my hand with a kick-ass beer from a kick-ass brewery. Thank YOU for making me laugh through my entire 7 mile run this morning. I love Beer Advocate! including all the soft shite & wanny wooos.
