    Sierra Nevada 2014 Bigfoot Ale. There's a bit more hop to malt balance than the heavy grapefruit and spice I get drinking it fresh. I'm good either way.

    Fantastic interplay of dry oak, tobacco, stewed fruit, & toffee. Mild esters cut the richness perfectly, finishing warm & just a touch boozy. Excellent. This one’s to celebrate getting tickets to the Side Project Invitational in April!

    Medium-gold body with outstanding clarity; moderate carbonation; thick, sticky, white head, rings and webs of foam decorate the glass. Beautiful aroma, floral and citrus in nature; orange. Great taste; malt-forward with a moderate hop bitterness throughout. Medium-heavy body; warm and sticky; mild coarseness on the palate; gentle dryness throughout.

    This is a very nice, straight-forward India pale ale. Balanced and flavorful with no gimmicks.
