Happy Monday all.
Dusted, vacuumed and cleaned my music room/ office and Im ready for a brew.
Got a flank in sous vide rubbed with chilies, garlic, fish sauce, cracked white pepper, smoked paprika and Chinese 5 spice. Will be searing that to rare in cast iron after I bang out a few tunes. Cheers!

 

Enjoying a lovely 79 degree sunny early evening. Hazy Lil Thing isn't gonna stop any clock but for $1 a can on BOGO it's good enough for me.

I always knew you had good taste when it comes to beer but now I know you have good taste when it comes to music! In the interest of transparency, I am a big Springsteen fan.

 

One daughter lives out in what I call the boon docks. She says birds flying into her windows happens all the time.

I wonder for tasting practice any logical selection like lowest IBUs first or lowest ABV or by look, smell??? Beer tasting is the most fun you can have with your clothes on.

Birthday beer. Turned the big 3 0 today. I've been dreading this day but honestly it just feels like another day. I don't feel any worse than I have the past few years, anyway. Haha.
Anyway, I'm out on the porch soaking up some sunshine with my roommate cousin's cat. I don't like the way he's looking at me...
