    I have to admit I bought this beer because someone gave me the glass. Never heard of this beer before. Its pretty good but reminds me of 10 other good beers. Not bad but nothing special.

    Day off. Still a bit early for me, but I had to shovel dirt to cover my septic tank and move a wood pile and for some reason it's 80 degrees on October 1st so I'm having Sierra Nevada Beer Camp Black Belgian IPA with lunch.

    Beer review #434. Flesk Brewing Centennial Ale.
    Just added this baby to the database, and about to finish enjoying it outside.
    Bottle says "With this ale we are celebrating the 100th year of firefighters protecting the Lombard community" with a picture of the first all-volunteer fire department on the bottle. Awesome shit.

    First beer since Borefts. Our night cap for today is Hel & Verdoemenis (4/29/2011 bottling). So incredibly complex. Coffee bitter, slightly port-like dried plums and figs, some booze, brown sugar, soy sauce, umami. Deelish stuff.
