    Hello Again Lads!

Enjoying a late night with a simple beer yet really nice for a low carb beer.

Good day BAs! Thanks @barneyrubble for starting today's thread! Well, I finished the project at my son's house - what should have taken <8 hours ended up taking about 28 - I hate working in old construction! So today I'll spend reorganizing my wiring supplies and I added some drawers to my shed yesterday so I'll move the rest of my reloading supplies out of the house and into the shed.

A very hot take on one of my favorite styles, an English barleywine. Rating 3.82, rDev -4.5%.

Thanks @woemad - I suspect when I'm sorting electrical supplies I'll be lying on the garage floor!

    Good afternoon from afar,
this is a beer that I would like to try in many, especially those who do not know the style well.
When I see it, I take it.
Great balance, despite a slight sulphurous note that I did not remember.

Maestri del Sannio (Cerreto Sannita, Campania, ITA) - Cuvée Iannucci - Italia Grape Ale with Falanghina grapes (7,6%)

Sour Ale / Italian Grape Ale fermented in oak barrels with Falanghina grapes (previously called "Uvarella").
    No foam.
Aromas of grapes and yellow-fleshed fruit (peaches, fresh plums) and a slight hint of farm (field grass, hay).
In the mouth it is a flat beer, practically non-existent carbonation.
The taste immediately reveals mineral hints characterized by floral white grapes, with fruity hints (ripe white peach) and a light background that brings the mind back to the more funky farm hints (delicate hay reflection).
Light acidity, just hinted at, of the same intensity as that of a white wine.
It's inevitable to notice a slight sulphurous note which however does not spoil the beer.
This particular Italian Grape Ale is very balanced and drinkable, a shame about the sulphurous note in the background, but pleasant even if not demanding.
For its elegance it's very close to a fresh and fragrant white wine, but at the same time it enriches and differentiates the taste with notes almost like "saison" or "farmhouse ale".

The bad news is my clothes are in the dryer (hit by rain which was 30 minutes early from the weather radar) from the longer of two walks planned this morning. Second one nixed.

The good news is this beer is just over 3 months old (refrigerated the entire time) and really tastes great, within 10% of fresh

Next task is to find a store selling this cold near a South Shore "Electric Slide" Station in Indiana (they don't distribute here).

Stay thirsty and dry my friends!

Sweetwater 420 Extra Pale with lunch. Can't remember the last time I had one of these but I can understand why it is so popular in Atlanta. Very snappy & refreshing. Not that warm today but these will go down real fast on a hot humid GA summer. Happy Hump Day all!

Day off from exercise. Got a ton of yard work and errands done early this morning.

Started raining just as we got to the golf course, so we called of our round.

That can only be a sign that this is the right thing to do!
