Today I had to pinch myself when I saw Bearded Isis in a local supermarket in the Netherlands. Wonderful
Probably only one shipment and for as long as it lasts, but great anyway.

It can cool down at night, but it warms up quickly. We should have a high of 80 today.
When I lived in Maine we would get some stealth snowstorms in April. As I was told, it melts quickly.

Day off from exercise today, and I'm feeling thirsty and excessive.

Starting off with a delicious one from Spyglass - Binary Stars (Citra+Riwaka).





Couldn't decide if I wanted beef or pork today, but a local butchery had inexpensive roasts.

So, why not both? Roast-off. Meat snacks + beer is the sum of my plans for the day.

From today’s Tavour box, sharing it at the bar - Other Half’s “47th Street” DIPA with Galaxy, Cashmere and Nelson:



My weekday drinking partner (distro rep for Penrod wines, and a pretty decent homebrewer) loves Galaxy, and loves this beer. I like it fine, on the sweet side, tastes like OH, and so well made I rarely worry about it being another “hazy”. The Nelson takes a back seat. A really good beer. Cheers gang!

I drink a lot of good beers but this one is still my favorite.

 

Just finished work, and am enjoying the fruits my labors with a fresh can of Otter Space by Biunda8 Bay. A murksters with Maris Otter malt and Galaxy hops, thus the name.

 

Good afternoon BA's! A somewhat rainy afternoon south of Asheville with temps around 60.
Today's first choice is a gem from Russian River, very flavorful from the Pinot barrels and so light and damn easy to sip!
Da Boss is spinning her Amazon tunes and the best one i have heard in the last hour is an old gem from Metallica. I know the Black album was a sellout from the metal head's perspective, but it was right up my alley!
