    Cast iron seared ribeye, with some homemade compound butter, (sautéed shallot, garlic, bleu cheese and fresh thyme), with some roasted balsamic & fresno chili Parmesan Brussel sprouts and some leafy stuff for good measure.

    Pretty awesome! You are wailing on that guitar. I used to buy CBC Flower Child on the regular when I shopped at Whole Foods. I haven’t been there in years. I have to take my car to the dealership tomorrow and Whole Foods is right across the street. I think I am going to stop in and buy some. Cheers!
