    This was pretty enjoyable while sitting outside and watching the trees. I’m pretty good at that. I can totally make sure they don’t sneak up on the house.

    Hey Hunter I know you've popped open a lot of MC². Have you ever had a batch like I pictured? Says canned on 6/2/22 overall qualities are muted to. I knew something was off soon as I popped it open and smelled barely anything. I'm just curious this has been grinding my gears

    I hardly ever get a hangover no matter how much I drink. It is either a blessing or a curse but seems to be a family trait. Not so today. Felt like crap. Not sure why it happened but it must have something to do with getting too freaking old to drink a lot. Anyway, ribs for dinner. I think I will have some red wine with it.

    Headed to the beach on Saturday. I plan to eat my weight in seafood and drink as many local beers I can get my hands on.

    Pale yellow body, clear; nice carbonation; thick, semi-creamy, white head, lasting and sticky. Pleasantly subdued bread crust scent with a mix of floral and grassy hop elements. Outstanding taste; biscuit-like malt with a crisp, lightly biting hop bitterness; very light grassy and spicy hop flavor. Medium body; fairly smooth overall yet with a delicate coarseness adding some enhanced texture; mild bready warmth; crisp.

    We have here a tasty, warm and appealing American lager, nicely balancing flavor and mouthfeel with subdued aroma and eye-pleasing appearance.

    I've had some off batches, unfortunately. When it's on, it's glorious. Quality control should always be a focus for breweries.

    Even though I am vaccinated and had one booster shot I am amazed that I have not gotten Covid. I am basically everything I did pre-Covid. Bars, breweries, restaurants I go where I want. The only thing I do not do anymore is go to the gym but that is a whole different reason why (called lazy ass syndrome).

    While on the subject, wife’s cousin is a retired nurse. She was vaccinated and got two booster shots. Took a trip to Mexico and got Covid! She started to recover than got worse. Doctor prescribed steroids. I think she he on the mend now. She called it rebound Covid.

    Drekker Sometime Around Midnight DNEIPA, 8% ABV. Pours hazy light yellow with a four finger white head that left great lacing. Nose is citrus. Taste follows, plus spelt, very light pine, slightly sweet, and offsetting bitterness. Decent juicy mouthfeel. Overall excellent.
