MC 77 (ITA) - FLEUR SOFRONIA - Blanche with Hibiscus (5%)

As soon as it is uncorked, a sense of freshness is immediately felt, with a fruity and floral note that stands out in the classic perfume imbued with notes of cereal.
Red color, almost ruby if there were not that veil that opacifies the vivacity of the color.
Foam that is released abundantly and lightly and that is reduced without ever disappearing.
In the mouth the usual wonder: the fundamental characteristics of the blanche are found (extra light body, right carbonation, notes of cereal) with the extra touch of hibiscus flowers which, compared to traditional classic spices, gives a freshness and a very pleasant taste. balanced.
Perhaps some more delicate palate might also notice a slightly sour note.
In reality I notice a floral note, fresh and delicate, which is well framed in the canons of a traditional blanche, innovating it without distorting it.

Bit of a recovery NA UA choco-malt thing after a tough, sweaty, uninspired 10 miler with hill repeats and hill tempos. My legs were unhappy after yesterday's weight session, just didn't have the speed today. But got it done.

Good on you for getting that -ish done on or near the coast. People think that the Med climate means a dry one; until they run along the coast. It's damn hot AND humid at this time of year! So your beer choice of Rince Cochon is quite appropriate as @Shanex will surely know (if you know French well enough to guess the approximation). Probably what you felt like after the run....

 

What's up! Surprisingly this is the first smoked lager iv had. It's pretty damn tasty to. Excellent first beer of the day. Thank you @beergoot
