    Good evening! Had a great day in Nice. Spent a bunch of time at the beach swimming in the warm Mediterranean. Ran 17 miles this morning along the Promenade, which was both hot and beautiful. Here's a view from one spot along the run:

    Last of these UA/NA Lychee Sherbets. Think I'm done with this flavor.
    Unlike @Beersnake1 - only did a 20k this morning (LOL) but it was hot (dry heat, though).
    Surviving so far...

    I'll check in later with something 'real' as I'm meeting a friend for a pint in a nearby taphouse.
