    Starting it in the mid-morning with Stone IPA, the « OG », not bad, definitely not. Plus we get the Murican bottle size so 12oz instead of this European 11,2 rip off :grinning:

    Thanks for kicking things off, @Shanex ! I’m heading back to California bright and early tomorrow, but I can’t call it quits yet. Visited the local beer shop and drinking an Orval. Sounds odd, but lots of my German friends are either from Belgium or have a strong connection. It was in the fridge, and it’s great. Cheers!

    Maybe some of you can relate. I bought a bunch of beer on vacation, as I always do. Now it's time to pack up our bags and fly home to California. Well, it turns out that I bought too much beer and the family can't fit everything they bought. Crap. Time to drink a few! Vanilla Black Block, a collab between La Pirata, Guineu and La Quince. A beer from Spain, purchased in France, and consumed in Germany. A stout coming in at 10.3%. Incredible beer!

    This is great. That said, I hope it doesn’t become to widely available and takes away one of my favourite beers to add to boxes going to the US…

    Stayed up late with company and had many a drink including this craft porter, which was delicious. First beer from O'ahu as far as I can tell. It's now 6am and time for some much needed sleep.
