    I'm very excited to finally tick this great brewery's original flagship beer.

    Released... yesterday!

    Have they brewed better beers since? Sure, but not surprising this one put them on the map.

    Did up a ~3lbs CAB Choice Picanha on the spit last night as part of dinner. Lemme just say that I have no lack of Brazilian steakhouse eating experience and this was on par with the best.

    No real reasoning behind combining these beyond curiosity, but the two American Kölsch-style beers actually work well combined. Might be time for a Fair Winds and Schlafly collaboration.

    We have a family friend. When he's been putting the brews away we call him motor mouth. Luckily he doesn't smoke cigs anymore he'd be like directly in your face with a cigarette. Was pretty entertaining when I was a kid tho.

    Yesterday I went to the 377 Brewery near the Albuquerque airport. I recommend it. Their Dark Ops Schwartzbier is worth the stop.
