    I forgot I set aside two bottles of Sierra Nevada Celebration from 2020. Not sure why I did it, as I don't tend to keep beers. In any event, they've been in my basement for 18+months. Just cracked one open. It's great. This beer is fucking magic. I'm not an IPA connoisseur, and it's not a style I typically reach for, but this beer blows me away every time I have it, be it fresh or, apparently, when it's pushing two years old.

    Allen V13 - The Mashup, a NEIPA from English breweries Cloudwater/Verdant (8%).

    There really is an amazingly varied depth of flavor to the flavor profile here, with the spectrum ranging all the way from fruity, juicy floral over to herbal, earthy and resinous notes, with quite a range of fruity flavors as well, with zesty citrus, sweet tropical and slightly acidic berry notes.
