I got my flu shot this morning at 11:30 and the last couple of hours I've been feeling kinda lousy - usually a flu shot doesn't bother me. Being an old fart though, they give me the Fluzone Quadrivalent High Dosage shot.

I am glad to hear your daughter is doing ok. Youth certainly has its advantages. She will be fine.

My youngest son-in-law had Covid back in the spring. His only problem was a bad sore throat and doc prescribed something (steroids I think). His only concern was that his wife (my daughter) was a few months pregnant at the time so he quarantined himself. Not sure that was necessary but that was his choice.

Older son-in-law had Covid twice as did his sister. All very mild and they fully recovered in a few days.

Thanks Hunter - appreciate the sentiment! I'm not terribly miserable, just don't feel like myself - a little achy in different places. it will pass. I was just surprised I had this reaction because it very seldom bothers me. When I got my dose of the new Moderna vaccine last week it didn't bother me at all, nada and I felt fine the next day. Previous doses left me feeling really fatigued the next day. Cheers!

I meant to tag you on my previous post, but forgot ha. My Mom out of nowhere, just sent me a package, with the original pressings of Highway 61 and Before The Flood. My parents still live in the same old neighborhood I grew up in, for over 30 years now, and one of my old neighbors was getting rid of some of his albums. My Mom grabbed those two and sent them to me.

Had a great time at Oktoberfest Zinzinnati. At home drinking more Sam Octoberfest.
