    ...Costco rib eyes...damn, so juicy and tender and beats the hell out of anything we get from King Soopers (aka Krogers) or Safeway...the mesquite smoke turned out sublime...

    ...no, sir! (ENS, LTJG, or CDR or whatever your salty heritage may be...:grin:)...no, let me do at least 20 and feel proud to drink (perhaps) one more beer tonight while watching the Bears / Packers game...then, too, ice water to ease into the evening and promote gentle sleeping habits...I mean, shit, us crusty senior citizens still need to keep those beer calories at bay...

    ...late note (about five minutes later)...shit, I actually squeezed out an amazing (:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:) three ram-rod straight back pushups...not bad for a 65-year old sot with an erector set left upper arm who (supposedly) would never do a push-up again do to the injury...

    ...x-ray is from 2017 (note the two broken plates)...busted up the arm in 2003 shortly before terminal leave (bone sticking out of my arm, 8 1/2 hours for the initial surgery, etc.)...

    ...I'll bet with a little practice, I could get back to doing at least 20 honest push-ups in a row in short order...
