    Buenas tardes amigos! Gracias Sawdog for todays thread. Floreeda, good time of the year to be there indeed. Getting cooler and cooler everyday and if I didn’t have some roots here I’d move somewhere warm and dry.

    look: 4.25 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 3.75 | feel: 4 | overall: 3.75
    This beer pours a very clean and clear looking golden color. The head is 2 finger when poured from the growler, and is fairly long lasting. There's a bit of lacing on the glass.
    The nose is somewhat light. There's a hint of biscuit in the aroma.
    The flavor is malty, as expected. Lots of bread, biscuit flavors in here. I also get a bit of lemon and honey that provides some sweetness and bitterness to this beer. The bitterness hits on the back, while light, it lingers.
    Light, crisp clean body.
    Quite delicious, and easy drinking.

    had to bundle up this morning for a seriously chilly morning, but got in my 8mile-run spot for the day. Now handling this before a couple of meetings intrude on my day.
    NA/UA Smores. Unsure if I'm back with the real stuff; might be time for a real day away from the sauce.

    This tastes dangerously like a Yellow Rose for me. Slightly more alcoholic since this is 8.2%, YR is 6.8%. Both are mosaic bombs. YR is the Fiddlehead of the south imo. :grin:

    Think I might have a YR afterwards just to test my theory out more.
