    Good afternoon, advocates. Did some routine stuff in the brewery today. General cleaning, keg washing, kegging, and working on SOPs. Sure, not as exciting as actual brew days, but all of it is equally important. I'm thankful. Relaxing now w/ this pint of September Sun from Tree House. Canned in September and still tastes glorious. Cheers!

    Next up BA's is a Walking Tree Brewing (Vero Beach FL) IPA, this is pretty nice, first beer from them I've had, with a shot of Clase Azul Tequila......If you're on the road tonight have a safe trip to your destination!

    ...for a dachshund, he is pretty mellow...seldom barks (a huge plus!)...we understand him to be five years old, his original TX owner died and he somehow wound up in CO...anyway, he seems to enjoy Mrs. BeerGoot and myself, is fairly obedient for a dachshund, so, yeah...a mellow weiner dog...all three of us are adapting nicely...

    Black Horizon collaboration with Funkytown Brewing. A fruited sour ale with strawberry and key lime. Very lime forward. I can only imagine how tart this would be without the strawberry.

    Based on the Best Before Date I think this is 2 years old. It's really tasty. Nose is poor, but everything else is perfect. Cheers!
