I'm going to join @DoctorZombies for some morning coffee.
I'm making some seitan for "pork" fried rice for dinner.

@Shanex => Less Furniture (or more efficient furniture) = More Space.

Agreed, definitely appreciate Anti-Hero, though not a knock on the beer as I typically appreciate a 6-8% IPA vs. a Double or Triple which I typically find too sweet and many times too malty. I'm intentionally aging my other three cans in hope this mellows out a bit.

Very nice. I really love visiting Utah NPs and State Parks, besides Death Valley NP (my all time favorite) one of my favorite destinations. Definitely bring your own beer into Utah, as the pickings can be slim.

Also, make sure you have at least two days (could be an overnight and a near full day before AND after hitting sunrise/sunset) for Bryce Canyon, the most beautiful of all the area NPs. Also need a couple days at Zion Canyon and you should make your way to Arches and Canyonland even though they are a bit further to get to. DEFINATELY consider a trip to Death Valley if you are planning on February - Early April to catch the wildflowers, pup fishes and other wild life wonders found in early Spring before the sHEAT hits the fan.

I've been just about everywhere in Utah (including the desolate SE corner - may as well hit the Four Corners if you get that far) south of I-70 and have always loved my visits. Have always (illegally) brought my own beer for the evenings after spending the day hiking and exploring.

I should have moved to Saint George before the homes got pricy.

Very nice, I will join you with the mostly Willettized with a touch of Goose Island Coffee I saved from yesterday.

Lagunitas Willettized (with a splash of GI Coffee 2022)

First sips were sweet WTF, but after a few minutes warming up this held up very well refrigerated and sealed to limit oxidation. My 11 oz left of the Bourbon County Coffee remains corked for likely enjoyment tomorrow.

Could use a Newport just about now.

Kinda depends on what types of beer you like....I would pick up some Great Lakes Blackout stout and Dortmunder lager, Fatheads Head Hunter and other IPA's....Ohio has some great beers! If you like holiday beers / winter warmers - there are lots of them available also right now!

Founders Brewing Co. -- French Toast Bastard
Bourbon barrel aged Scotch ale with vanilla, cinnamon, and maple
    ABV: 11.1%; pouring temperature: 47 °F; bottling info: 09.19.22

    look: 4.5 | smell: 5 | taste: 3.75 | feel: 4 | overall: 4

Clear, dark amber body; very dense carbonation; thick, sculpted head, light khaki colored; sticky rings and blobs of foam inside the glass. Maple syrup, pecans, lightly roasted grains make up the aroma; remarkable sense of buttered french toast drenched in maple syrup. Bourbon and oak predominate, putting the french toast aroma into the background; fairly sweet but not quite cloying; moderate phenolic flavors; anise and peppermint near the finish. Heavy body; velvety residual sugar feel.

Yes, an uncanny smell akin to french toast. The taste brings out the bourbon barrel aging and has a bold sweetness that just borders on cloying. The cinnamon and vanilla are also evident although somewhat reserved when put up against the bourbon barrel aging and maple component. This is certainly a good beer as far as meeting the brewers' intent for french toast, and I'm glad I tried it, but this is basically a one-and-done kind of beer for me.

I'm having the ever steady SNPA. I love finding theses nuggets in the fridge. Yesterday I posted Shangri-La by EOB which I love but this version of Kashmir is a natural follow up. This is simply the best version of Kashmir on earth. The melding of the orchestra and Plant and company is phenomenal......

...since you're near Pittsburgh, I highly recommend Dancing Gnome...haven't been to the brewery, but I've had a number of their beers and love the ones I've had...

@BeerVikingSailor has already set you on a good course. But in addition, I would definitely try to find some fresh Columbus Brewing and Masthead as well.

Walking the dogs around the market…stopped at Gulfport Brewery for a pour of its new hazy IPA - Weird Science, Vol. 2, with Nelson Sauvin and Strata:

Skunky cat pissy nose. Strong white grape must taste followed by tropical fruit. A light, easy drinking hazy…but that nose…
