    Pulled a 2011 Celebration from my closet. Have to say, this beer aged very well. Still full of hop flavors and tones of black tea, with caramel malts.

    Sipping on that while reading One Hundred Years of Solitude.

    Racked my IPA and it finished at like 1.007. 90% attenuation lol, I will dry hop it tomorrow after secondary clears. Tastes a lot like Head Hunter so I would probably chalk it up as being pretty damn close.

    Also:

    This was alright, very fruity with some good complexity. Light cardboard oxidation and slightly cloying, but I sipped all of it.

    ...so onto tonight. wasn't gonna drink tonight (said that one before), but when i came home to new glassware in the mail...and my wife zonked out around 10p, i decided the time was nigh (ironically, i managed to toss the beer in fridge earlier in the night...foreshadowing? perhaps)
