Good morning, day, night! Nice hoppy Easy Rider Bulldog. More snow, finally my country is living up to its image.

 

Well, the dog faked me out, thought he wanted to go outside. Now he doesn't really get off my spot in the bed. It is pissing down rain out there. So a Bloody Mary with an American Solera Solerafest Lager on the side. Pulling for the Three Lions today.

 

Good day BAs! Thanks @SawDog505 for starting today's thread. Yesterday turned out to be sunny and cold after the early morning dampness and fog - today's starting off at 31 degrees F and partly cloudy so we'll see what the day brings.
Last night Mrs Lizard and I went to a mushroom display/sale/talk and picked up a couple of home growing kits for Oyster mushrooms as well as a bunch of already grown oysters - I'll be drying them later today.
Today's New Breakfast Beer is an excellent Czech Dark Lager from City Built in Gd Rapids, MI. This came by way of BIF 16 and @Whyteboar. Thanks Craig - City Built will definitely be a stop next year when we're back in MI! Absolutely delicious! Rating 4.29, rDev +6.5%

 

Good Day BAs! Our old dog Ava got up with me at 6:45am…walk, feeding, kitchen cleaning done…trying a new beer this morning - Boulevard’s collab w/Firestone Walker - Barrel Aged Wheat Wine Style Ale:



Bottled 9/19/22. Poured at 57°. It’s ok. Working on notes for NBW…

Mrs. Z finally has given her ok to put up the Christmas tree today…my greater Philly friends who are in town are going to Angry Chair with some of my other local bottle share buddies…we will see how the day turns out ! Cheers and have a great day y’all!

My 2nd beer from the 12 days of Christmas pack. Yeah, I am not exactly following the rules but hey, that's the way I roll.

I'm sipping on it (it is good) whilst watching Train to Busan again. Very well made Korean flick.

Ha! Always interesting to see smaller, local breweries you don't expect to see in this wider thread. Been to Thunderhead a couple times, and generally enjoy most of the beers they have on tap. Never seen or had that one. Glad to read you enjoyed it.

I'm sharing an Alewerks BBP in an "appropriate" glass, but didn't take the time to take a photo as I was making a corned beef hash for brunch before the soccer games.

That reminds me of the bar at The Jefferson Hotel in downtown Richmond. As a young fellow I loved going and having a beer or two and watch and interact with the very interesting clientele.
