    G'day all!

    I woke up to -31°F. Wow.

    I bought a mixed 12pack of Dogfish Head and I should have known better. On a warm shelf and no dating on the package. Best bys are January and February 2023.

    This is my first encounter with Blue Hen Pilsner and it HAD to be close to its expiration date. Damn it.

    A wee bit more fluffy stuff to shove around but dammit, it's break time 'cause it's so cold. Wind is picking up so I gotta bake thru this brew. Castle Danger Turn Up The Good DIPA in the bubbler glass. I like the nucleation for sweeter, heavier ales. Even Doppelbocks work in it and it works brilliantly for this lemony drop from CD.
