    Good afternoon BA! I thought I would make a little homemade macaroni and cheese and welcome Bells to Ithaca with their Two Hearted. It's terrific with this dish as I used gruyiere and white cheddar. The beer is floral and not too sweet or too bitter so it accents the richness of the bechamel type sauce very well.
