    Decided on leftover cheese grits and shrimp for dinner, so another beer for me, and it’s a dandy - “Above The Trees” a DIPA with Citra, Motueka and Topaz. Brewed and canned at deciduous brewing company, Newmarket NH, in collab with Fidens brewing, Albany, NY:

    An outstanding NE IPA with a soft full mouthfeel that is not astringent. Slightly dank nose. Citrus, melon and berries. Two small breweries making great beer in @SawDog505 ’s backyard. Cheers and goodnight y’all!

    Back home safely and enjoying a Stone Delicious IPA. Looking forward to tonight's Bucs and Cowboys game and hoping for a Brady win. My wife's brother passed 3 years ago today at 61, she's hanging in there but I can tell it's weighing pretty heavy on her.

    one of my local places posted they had Wookey jack by the time I got there it was gone I settled for a local black ipa. I never had Wookey jack but to this date big hoppy from lawsons has been my favorite.

    Returned to the scene of the crime after an extremely windy walk to the beach. Indoors and had to order the unfiltered version of this beer I like but necessarily love.

    Founders '20 Maple Mackinac Fudge KBS (Imp. Stout w/ Mackinac Fudge Coffee, maple syrup, and chocolate aged in bourbon barrels). My last bottle from the '20 batch and it's still drinking well. There's surprisingly still a nice coffee presence, nice amount of fudge and chocolate syrup, and some maple. The barrel is still there bringing oak tannin, smooth bourbon, and slight vanillin. Definitely my favorite variant of KBS.

    I can see where that could be quite painful. They can also be difficult to find if you drop a piece.
