The wife was feeling better so we took the dogs for a longer walk and visited with some neighbor friends earlier.

Back from walking the dog. It was pretty nice, but once we got out there it was overcast & kind of windy. Not that the pooch noticed. Earlier the was a beer run to Missouri & lunch in Bentonville at a Vietnamese joint we had never tried



First up, The Void from Social Project Brewing, a Dark Czech Lager. Old pic, but the beer review will be new

Yeah, it’s on Youtube, maybe I forgot to mention “floating in the water”, but yeah, the alternative to your procedure specifically mentioned not to let it touch the water. Am I getting too graphic!?!

ps-There is a floating platform which they provide for the “patient”, but one still has to literally go fishing in the water…

pps-it still beats drinking putrid liquids, getting passed out, and then being prodded …

Im having the bourbon barrel version of Oh You, Oh Yeah from Brew Kettle. 25 for this is crazy but not a bad beer, wish it was 15

 

I remember once when my 16 year old daughter made a left turn out of a parking lot into the wrong lane. I had to gently explain (without freaking her out) that we were about to have a head-on collision. I'm really glad to be past that part of my life.
