    Howdy BA! It's Sunday, and that means it's time for Sunday beers.

    This glass this one is sitting in was my grandfather's, and is at least 60 years old. It's coated on the inside in some kind of nucleation film, and it turns even the most macro of beers into a silky, smooth sipper with a luscious, long-lasting head.

    When I lived at home in the 90s I'd use these glasses to drink Melbourne Bitter, which is about as far from a smooth sipper as you can get, and these glasses utterly transformed the beer. I've tried looking it up on Google Lens but it can't find a match. So I will just continue to enjoy the glass when I'm at my mum's place, and toast old Harry, 41 years gone, but still very much in our hearts.

    Good morning all Advocates,
    today an unpublished beer, at least for me just inserted in the appropriate thread and in the database.
    The particular thing is that in addition to the hops: Golden Promise, Strata, Huell Melon, Citra there was the addition of Phantasm Powder a concentrated powder derived from the skins of Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in New Zealand which allows brewers to make the wort high levels of important thiol precursors, which in turn are an important group of beer soluble compounds found in hops and grapes, which give beer powerful tropical flavors.
    Crooked Moon Brewing (Helsingborg, SVE) - PHANTASMA - Double India Pale Ale (9%).
    33 cl can (€5.44), on the bottom: "Lot #1 - Best before: 09/07/2024".

    Good day BAs! And Good Afternoon to our Euro-beer Brethern! WTF @shanex/@EdmundExley - did I miss something?

    @Jack_14, nice review - probably another beer I'll never find!

    Off to a beautiful start on what may be a lovely day - I hope to finish mowing my yard and maybe till my garden on this Hallmark card holiday. Started the morning with a New Breakfast Beer:

    Coffee with/from Cryptids. Now there's an idea I can get behind, although I prefer a shorter stack with over easy eggs inserted between the cakes. Too bad they added all the "natural flavor and caramel color" to what otherwise would have been a delicious coffee/maple syrup stout. For me, the char bitterness ruined the coffee/maple syrup interplay. I do love the can artwork - even Mrs. Lizard chortled at it! Rating 3.94, rDev -12.4%

    G'day all!

    Still raining.
    Not Your Ex Step Brother-In-Law's Beer is in my glass. A collaboration from Roadhouse and Dogfish Head.

    Triple decocted American Strong Ale with cherries aged in Dogfish Head Whiskey barrels, dry hopped with orange peel and cherry.

    Like it a lot but that damn wax is a real pita.

    Happy Sunday. Amazing haken concert last night. Passed out watching the longest yard on TV. 7/10. After checking out at 11 we are at camp road which is like a renovated old Industrial park with a bunch of new shops. We went to a small used bookstore and I made good deals. Under $40 for all these hardback. :sunglasses::blush:

    We came to a taco stand and they had canned beer. Noda hop drop n roll is a classic C/Amarillo hops ipa. Always love it. 4.1
