Happy Friday BA's! Back from lab results and not too bad, funny I've been taking 2,400 MG of fish oil for six months and my bad cholesterol went up by 3 points....but my liver is kicking ass! An awesome Zombie Ice to start today. This is a fantastic double pale ale, many thanks to @ChicagoJ for this gem!!

 

Hi there! Thank you @RaulMondesi for unleashing today's action-packed VB. I just cancelled my covid booster shot appt for today so I can do yard work. Now I'm free to have BEER! It's chilly, windy, mostly cloudy, Canadian wildfire smoke is still an issue but currently not as severe as yesterday. Ufdah. No run today. 1st lawn chop of the year. Starting light with Amstel Light. Push mowing & trim then another brewskie b4 I hit the back yard...which usually requires multiple bevs. Cheers!!
