    1) Off Color Apex Predator (6.5%): A Saison from Chicago with flavors of lemongrass, tart pear, green grape, citrus. Lightly sour, clean, and dry.
    versus
    2) Boulevard Tank 7 (8.5%): A Farmhouse Ale from Kansas City that has flavors of juicyfruit, bubblegum, Belgian spices mixed with rich and smooth bread malts. (Correctly matched the two beers blind)

    Winner:
    2) Boulevard Tank 7    : American Saison Battle. And two of the best. Tank 7 should be World-Class in my opinion. The best American Saison and beer out of KC. A little heavier and sort of near a Tripel, but it is 100% worth it. Although it gets the win, not enough can be said about Apex Predator. If you know about Off Color Brewing, you know. If you don't, you will. One of the top breweries from Chicago and this is their best beer in my opinion. It's among, if not, my highest rated beers on BeerAdvocate. This beer and brewery is a hidden gem.

    In offices it is (normally, automatic systems). Sometimes I have no idea about the actual weather/temperature outsides.
    Mrs. Panda hates it too. At home all is open most of the time, summer and winter. Only the bedroom during winter of course.

    While I absolutely loved drinking in Spain (perhaps tooooooo much, but that story is not fit for public consumption; I don't know what the statute of limitations is ;P ), beer was not one of those loves. I was quite happy to find a pub that had Stone IPA on tap for the occasional pint. :grinning:

    Fair State Pilsner (5.1%): A German Pilsner from Minnesota with flavors of lemongrass, yeast, and dry flower. Bitter and complex.

    All-time favorite German Pils from the US. Not much else to say. A Light in the Black was a close second today. New Glarus a close third. I've moved from buying singles to 4-packs of these. Time after time this one seems to consistently be the best.
