    Greetings and (almost) TGIF everyone.

    Drinking Duvel 6,66. Nicely named. Great Belgian pale ale. More flavors and aromas than the regular Duvel, lower ABV. Can be found most anywhere now I believe as this past spring Duvel tasting thread showed (we got quite some Americans, Canadians posting it).

    Howdy Friday Friends!

    Today's weekend starter is Raglan's Haze by Bells Beach Brewery, named after a local surfing break just down the road from the brewery.

    If any of you are into surfing you'll know Bells Beach is home to the famous Bells Beach Easter Classic, and the scene of Bodhi's last surf in the classic Keanu/Patrick Swayze version of Point Break (although that scene was sure as hell not filmed at Bell's Beach!). As Aussie actor Peter Phelps says in his three-second appearance on the film, "It's death on a stick out there, mate!". No Australian has ever uttered those words since. To do so would lend credence to that film's fake Bells Beach!

    Another dreary morning in Casper. Rain is expected again after a big thunderstorm last night.

    This is from City Brew Tours and was canned May 23rd. Lots of citrus, some peach notes, juicy. I like it.

    That beer is fantastic. It’s nearly a sessionable Belgian. Plenty of delicious flavor, but you can have a few. I need to grab another 4 pack.

    Happy Friday and beginning of the 4th of July long weekend BA's! Did a little 10 mile bike ride with 7 6% hill repeats before the HI hit 92. Now enjoying a NB Juicy Haze while doing pool maintenance.
