Went to the beverage center to buy Heady Topper and Focal Banger and saw
Paulaner Oktoberfest Bier in bottles, great score all around

 

I could have done it when I was younger, and my back and neck wasn't messed up. If you're still young, do it!

Now, it's around 90, and I still have my windows open, probably an idiot, but this beer that @LesDewitt4beer was also drinking, isn't dumb.

A few more new-to-me Vermont offerings I that need to try.
Here's the first of 2 from Brattleboro.



16 ounce can with no discernible date.

Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a cloudy amber body with sticky lacing.

Nose of malt foremost, with hops of more or less the floral variety.

Taste is malty sweet, with a hint of caramel, while finishing slightly bitter.

Good feel with medium carbonation.

Overall, not a bad representation of the style and I wouldn't turn down another.
