    Sunday morning. Past 11am. Good morning advocates.

    Some of our members are living the dream and currently vacationing in Germany while savoring Fest/Oktoberfest. I sure as hell am not but have found Paulaner Weißbier as a consolation. Whatever the reason, we don’t find a lot of them here. Not a great distribution.

    Cloudy, rainy, and windy day here in Helsinki. Decided beers at Vltava were in order. Drinking a tall mug of their house Tmavé Pivo. Delicious! :beers:

    St Feuillien Triple - those are very good beers and curiously barely ever talked about, or enjoyed in this thread. It is to my understanding that traditional Belgian brews like that are to be found in America relatively easily but generally for well over $6 a single and we can’t all blow up our bucks like that.

    It's easy! Just fly into Nurnberg from either Frankfurt or Munchen, take the train to Bamberg, head straight out the door at the Bahnhof and walk down Luitpoldstrasse a few hundred meters to Ober Koningsstrasse, turn right, and go about 200 meters to Brauerei Spezial. You can get a room there or you can get one across the street at Brauerei Fassla.
