    Nice! It can be interesting how local history can play into the larger game. Somewhat topical is how Tim Wakefield came up through the Pirates affiliated single-A baseball team that turned him from a failing first baseman into a knuckleballer that won the third most games ever for my lifelong MLB team (and the affiliate is currently a Red Sox farm team).

    I'm quite jealous - one of my favorite Thai appetizers out there. Just spent a while prepping for some fajitas; going to use a skirt steak from the same company that produced your flank steak. Hoping mine turns out nearly as tasty as I suspect yours will be :slight_smile:

    Collab with Bottle Logic.. Confection Affection is a Blend of Imperial Stouts Aged in E.H. Taylor and Weller Bourbon Barrels, then Conditioned on Cook Islands Vanilla Beans, Cocoa Nibs, and Waffle Cones.
