Good day BAs! Off to a sunny Sunday start! Spent most of yesterday raking and burning leaves - got about 25% of my yard done. Our son and possible future DIL are coming for dinner later, so Mrs. Lizard is panicing and trying to make a lie of our normal lives.
    Today's New Breakfast Beer:

IMHO,this BCBS variant is over rated. This particular incarnation is an affront to diabetics - load a couple of syringes or rev up your insulin pumps - this is a candy-sweet stout that leaves my lips sticky. Rating 3.75, rDev -10.5%

    G'day all!

This certainly is crushable. From Beer Drop canned..oh look, it says Go Bills where the dating should be. Tastes fresh enough.

    Prost!

Good Sunday BA's! Thanks @SawDog505 for the kick off.

Guinness Draught Stout works nicely after a bit of housework this morning. Still have more to do.

    Cheers! :beers:

Going to enjoy some Skyrim before it's time to make wings and Buffalo sauce for the games today. No rooting interest in the slate, so I'll probably just toss on RedZone. Cheers!

Transient Kentuckley Derbly. Imperial Stout aged in Weller Whiskey Barrels with double Vanilla, double Tugboat Coffee, and double Michigan Maple Syrup. The adjuncts shine in this one as you'd expect given it's double the typical additions to regular Kentuckley. More over on NBW. Cheers!

What variant is it, I can't read the bottle and I'm not familiar with the packaging of the different variants.

cheers all. Early lunch beer. I made some apple fritters. Yes I made these. Those who know me know the career history. Anyhow. Two new additions to the family a Bengal cat and a Mainecoon.

Obligatory RIP Peter Steele. RIP Lars Petrov

guy on the left this pic doesn’t do it justice how big he actually is and theyre 9 months old apparently which was best for having a dog and kid in the house they can grow up used to each other no problems.

Yes the beer is early. Try getting one natty light to make you feel anything I dare you haha.

PS I got custody of my daughter today. her mother is a good mother but is going through a lot right now and it’s a mutual best interest for my daughter.

    love you all.

    cheers.

Is the hand pump cellar temp? If so does it change the beers profile at all in comparison ? I’m sure the questions have existed before.

Yards ESB on pump at the source is so amazing compared to the bottle

It is at 39F from what I can tell. The mouthfeel is so different (velvety, foamy and airy) that the temperature plays a secondary role. The profile is very similar to the OG but with perhaps a toned-down dankness.
