    Red Lodge Bent Nail IPA. I took a road trip to Buffalo & Sheridan WY yesterday and had some beer fun at Clear Creek and Blacktooth. :slight_smile:

    Putting up the large tree and encountering the annual ritual of troubleshooting lights. I need a Break! First time having this beer. Enjoyable coffee flavor reminiscent of Breakfast Stout.

    From yesterday, sorry.
    Started off with a Cigar City Dry Hopped on the High Seas. Looks like the Elf was enjoying it as well!

    Had this Cigar City gem, while watching my team lose to our rival for the 5th time in the row. The good news, is that we'll still probably go to the Orange Bowl. This beer definitely made it easier to take the loss.

    Avery Samael's Oak Aged Ale 2013. Funny how I've never tried Samael's before. I've always gone for Mephisopheles' and The Beast. I like it.

    God morning BA! And Happy New Beer Sunday to you all. I just tried troegs mad elf. Once again troegs has made a delicate and seamless beer that I think would pair well with baked camonbert with fruit and nuts. I also think you could cook with this beer like in a marinade or to spike a reduction to cover up some duck. Just remember that beer will become increasingly bitter if boiled. So deglaze with it but don't use it as your main liquid in any reduction. [​IMG]
