Well, my bad, that is a party foul for me ha. Though I know he is an all around Big 10 fan, and specifically couldn't remember which Indiana university, for some reason thought it was Purdue

I grew up in Champaign, you don't have to tell me there is a difference

    Apologies to @jzeilinger

Fair State Bonk City (8.3%): A WCIPA from Minnesota with Columbus for flavors of orange, peach, mango, yeast and banana.

Second go at this imperial WCIPA. Strong flavors of tangerine, grapefruit, with some yeast flavors of banana and mango. Not really west-coast flavors. Yeasty and almost Belgian yeast flavors, which must be an off-flavor for an IPA. I could be a great beer, but something off with the yeast. Great brewery, but regretting buying two of these. This is why I always try to buy singles.

I made a mea-culpa, my apologizes. for whatever reason I thought you were a Purdue guy. Think its just cause you are a big fan of Big 10 in general ha, and thought I had the right Indiana school, but I was wrong. I grew up in Champaign, so if somebody confused me for say a Northwestern fan...ugh ha.

Poured into a nordic pint glass, canned on 12/29/23. Pours an attractive hazy dark yellow, with a solid finger plus sticky white head that leaves thick streaks of lace with excellent retention. 4.25

Aroma tangerine, passionfruit, pineapple, honey dew, and apricot. 4.25

Taste follows tangerine, passionfruit, pineapple, honey dew, and apricot. 4.25

Mouthfeel is above average, soft carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 7.9% it drinks very easy. 4.25

Overall I liked Juice Nerd more, but I have been nursing a cold since last Saturday and my judgement might be way off. Worth a try either way. 4.25 Cheers all.

Bookend to the short workweek. Super Ripe from Great Notion. They coulda hidden the alcohol a bit more and the hop burn might turn into acid reflux at 2am, but its still pretty tasty going down right now.
