Hellooo BAs! Thanks @RaulMondesi for today's thread. Nice lookin' Lager there.
Wishing everyone a happy St Patrick's Day! I've no Irish beer in my house nor any corned/pickled beef so American Stout will have to do and I might have a sip of Tullamore Dew later. My wife has made her signature black bean soup, which is really a sauce I use for lotsa stuff so I'll get mildly creative with that. I'll pop some pre-2000 pix up today from early jaunts to Éire.
These are my options for today limiting myself to one. Choosing Founders KBS Spicy Chocolate. I enjoy chili pepper beers and chocolate is my friend. I'm sure this will be sweet so I'll canoe around in it for a while. Perfect for today as it's cold, windy with *********s. Hey, is thread 4166 gonna be THREADZILLA or what?

Revisiting yesterday's local travels with a Czech pilsner called Tradice from a growler filled at one of our stops, Notaviva Farm Brewery & Winery.


A nicely balanced opening exhibiting malt and hops, the bitterness gains the upper hand going into the finish. Almost time for lunch.

 

This is still one of the best 7% NEIPAs ever. TDH with massive flavor and excellent drinkability.
